Ismini Kospachili / Short Bio
Ismini Kopsachili completed her studies in the U.K. and in 2000 she obtained the title BA(Hons) in Psychology (De Montfort University, Milton Keynes). In 2002, she acquired her first postgraduate diploma (MSc) in “Psychological Approaches in the Health Sector” and in 2004 she acquired her second diploma (MSc) in “Developmental Psychology” (University of Central Lancashire). During her postgraduate studies she worked in the private sector and in the National Health System (NHS) of the U.K.
In 2012 she completed a two-year postgraduate program entitled “Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Psychosocial Therapeutic Approaches” at the University Research Institute of Psychiatric Care in Athens, while in 2018 she completed a three-month distant-learning program regarding Eating Disorders at the Center of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
She has attended many specialized educational seminars and scientific conferences. She is a founding member and belongs to the scientific committee of the Association of Friends and Relatives of the Mentally Ill “Krikos” (Heraklion, 2009). She is also a member of the Social Association MITOS in Heraklion.
She has been working as a Psychologist at AX Mental Health Clinic since 2008.
